Thank you visit gaminghk.com! Before you purchase any products, please take a few minutes to read the FAQ here. This also includes the website terms and conditions. You are required to agree to it when you placing the orders.

The company will not take any responsibility if customers lose because they haven’t read the terms.

We accept credit card payment and bank transfer.

For those want to using the credit card payment, select “cash on delivery” method during the checkout process. Our deliveryman will bring the card reader.

Payment steps will be show on email if available.

We do not accept any return whenever any reason.

We do accept exchange only when your products is damaged that not caused by human factors.

The service period is one week. Calculated from the moment you receive the goods. After the period we will treat it with maintenance procedures.

Refunds only available while technical issues (credit card payment) is happen or the stock is out.

Apart from the product you purchased, we will put the physical invoice into the package. Sometime we will offer the giveaway.
Please note that the physical invoice is evidence of apply maintenance. You should keep it as well as avoid to lost it during the warranty period.

The warranty will provide complete maintenance to your products. You only need to bring back the physical invoice (Not e-invoice) and products to our office. Then our staffs will help you apply for maintenance.

If we or manufacturer determine the products is damage because of human factors, we will charge you the repair fees.

We will charge you the handling fee. Also we may ask additional fee if necessary. It depend on your situation and the products. You can contact our staffs if you need assistance.

Surely, we aim to provide great service to you. Whether you having the invoice, we will try our best to help you fix the problem.
If possible, we will charge you repair fee and handling fee. You should contact the staffs for further assistance before visit our office.

After placing the order, it will be on-hold around two weeks if we didn’t receive the payment. During the period we will try to contact you. The order will be canceled when it expires.

We and courier company will be responsible for the delivery.

Normally our staff will take care of the shipping in 1~2 days. If short-handed is happen, our packages will deliver by SF Express. The couriers will charge the delivery fees and we will make contact with you if there have any arrangement.

The delivery charge depend on the price which is set by courier company. All products will be out from our office on Sham Shui Po.

In the case of shipping will take responsibility from our staff, we will let you know the details if it is available.

SF Express

We only collect your name, phone number, shipping address and email address for process the orders. This website would not collect, even would not asking your personal sensitive information.

Your order information will be display on the system, our staffs may contact you for further confirmation. The order status is edit by manually. You can track the order anytime by clicking “Track Your orders” button in “My Account” page or below.

Normally you will receive the order confirm email after placing the order. All of the details will show inside the email. If you want an complete invoice, please free feel to ask.
Also if there’s incorrect in order details, you should contact the staffs immediately.

If you live in Discovery Bay, Lamma Island or other areas which is not in three major regions. You should contact us for discussing delivery or use other shipping address.
